Coaching provides
an opportunity for clients to gain a deeper understanding and awareness
of themselves and to put into motion actions that will support success
in their personal goals and assist in better working relationships.
Coaching skills can also provide managers and supervisors with an increased
ability to motivate and encourage their employees to meet their workplace
goals and so increase productivity. Coaching may
be most useful when:
